Job summary

Superior Talent Source is recruiting an Executive Chef to lead a scratch kitchen and drive culinary excellence. You will own the program, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure dishes meet top standards in flavor and presentation.

You will partner with front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest experience, manage food cost, safety, and kitchen systems, and foster a culture of growth and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Proven ability to build and mentor teams and deliver consistent quality.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a scratch kitchen with pride and ensure high standards of preparation, flavor, and presentation.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team and develop future leaders.
• Oversee back-of-house operations, inventory, and systems to enable smooth service.
• Own food cost, inventory management, and waste reduction.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and lead by example.
