Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with recruiting, scheduling, compliance, and guest-focused service. You will partner with store leaders to hire candidates and deliver HR programs that empower our teams.

You will learn Target’s policy framework, participate in training, and help maintain a safe, inclusive work environment while delivering on daily HR duties in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Support leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with leaders.
• Deliver on HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
• Support compliance policies to mitigate risk for the team.
