Job summary

OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City is seeking an HR Coordinator to support applicants, employees, and leaders. You will handle onboarding, maintain HR records, and assist with payroll-related HRIS tasks in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, and communication. You will contribute to a People First culture with opportunities for training, onboarding, and career growth within Pyramid Global Hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of administrative, HR, hospitality, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and similar applications.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet applicants, employees, leaders, and visitors to HR in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Process employment applications and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records.
• Enter and update employee information in HRIS and payroll-related processes.
• Support onboarding, orientation, interviews, and background checks.
• Assist with HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate HR communications, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
