Knudtsen Foothills Lincoln Mazda in Spokane, WA is seeking a Part Time Receptionist (20 hours per week) for Friday and Saturday shifts, 8:00 am–7:00 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch. You will greet customers, answer phones, and support dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable on the phone and delivering both written and verbal messages.
• Self-motivated and hard-working.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a motor vehicle report and possess a safe driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner as they enter the showroom.
• Answer basic inquiries about the dealership and direct customers to the appropriate party or department.
• Notify employees that a customer is waiting and introduce customers to an employee if applicable.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner and route calls to the correct department or individual.
• Enter data into prospect tracking system and run reports for managers weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly function of showroom and waiting area.
