Job summary

Knudtsen Foothills Lincoln Mazda is seeking a Part Time Receptionist (20 hours per week) to join the Knudtsen family. The receptionist serves as front-line representative and helps create valuable customer relationships while supporting dealership operations. This role is Friday and Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm with a one-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable taking messages and communicating clearly over the phone.
• Willingness to learn software and processes used at the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take thorough messages.
• Record basic customer data and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
• Run basic reports and maintain showroom and waiting area cleanliness.
• Uphold a professional appearance and assist with other duties as assigned.
