Job summary

Knudtsen Foothills Lincoln Mazda is seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the friendly first point of contact for customers. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk duties, and supporting showroom operations in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch. The position offers benefits such as health coverage, life insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain professional demeanor.
• Comfortable on the phone and delivering messages in writing and verbally.
• Able to learn dealership software and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer basic inquiries and direct customers to the right department.
• Answer and route incoming calls and take messages as needed.
• Record basic customer information and maintain database entries.
• Assist with clerical duties and maintain showroom and waiting areas.
