Job summary

Knudtsen Foothills Mazda is seeking a full-time Receptionist for Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm (40 hours weekly). The role involves front-desk duties, customer service, data entry, and basic administrative tasks in a busy dealership environment in Spokane, WA.

Qualifications

• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Comfortable on the phone and delivering messages in writing and verbally.
• Self-motivated and hard-working.
• Basic computer skills; familiar with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Motivated to learn database management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer inquiries and direct customers to the right department.
• Route and relay messages to appropriate staff in a timely fashion.
• Enter customer data into dealership systems and run reports.
• Maintain showroom and waiting area cleanliness and stocked water/snacks.
• Assist with clerical duties and participate in data gathering and reporting.
• Present a professional appearance and support team needs.
