Dry Goods USA in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers create their own personal style.

You’ll train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow store business, and execute all duties of a sales associate to meet sales and account goals. You must be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals

• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
