Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a high-energy, customer-focused shopping experience. You will help drive sales, coach teams, and ensure smooth store operations.

The role emphasizes relationship building, staff development, and a commitment to our in-store culture where great service and a clean, exciting environment are the norm.
