Dry Goods USA in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers create their own personal style.

You’ll train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow store business, and execute all duties of a sales associate to meet sales and account goals. You must be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
