Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee approximately 6 locations across the Houston area. You will lead, mentor, and develop General Managers while driving strong operations and a top-tier guest experience.

Ideal candidates have multi-unit restaurant leadership, a hands-on, people-first management style, and the ability to travel between stores regularly. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus opportunities based on performance, and ongoing leadership

Qualificações

• Experience leading multiple units in a restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop General Managers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams.
• Ensure operational excellence across all locations.
• Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability.
• Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards.
• Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Implement company initiatives and execute training programs.
• Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development.
