Firehouse Subs by CTRG is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee approximately six Houston-area locations. You’ll lead, mentor, and develop General Managers, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales, traffic, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred).
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, people-first management style.
• Ability to travel between Houston-area stores regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams.
• Ensure operational excellence across all locations.
• Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability.
• Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards.
• Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Implement company initiatives and execute training programs.
• Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development.
