Firehouse Subs by CTRG is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee approximately six Houston-area locations. You’ll lead, mentor, and develop General Managers, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales, traffic, and guest experience.

This full-time, hands-on role requires travel between stores and a commitment to community. You’ll be part of a team that values heart and hustle, with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

• 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred).
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, people-first management style.
• Ability to travel between Houston-area stores regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
