Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company’s exceptional service. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan to dispatch and return rentals.

The role includes on-the-job education and potential bonuses for performance. Pay ranges between $15.10 and $16.10 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off where eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and use new technology for dispatch and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
