Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Professional PBP team and align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Legal PBP team to implement programs.
• Guide PBPs in workforce planning, performance management, and change management across units.
• Prepare reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Represent PBPs in cross-functional HR projects and enterprise-wide initiatives.
