Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a strategic People Experience Manager to lead a team of People Business Partners and align HR initiatives with business goals. This role will influence workforce planning, performance management, and employee development across multiple offices in a hybrid work environment.

The candidate will partner with C-suite leaders, drive talent strategy, and oversee HR processes including change management, engagement, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in professional services or legal fields preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Partner team to deliver strategic HR support.
• Align HR initiatives with business goals and executive priorities.
• Coach managers on performance, talent planning, and development plans.
• Drive workforce planning, engagement, change management, and policy guidance.
• Provide data-driven insights and partner with CoE teams on HR programs.
• Support senior leadership with complex employee relations and strategic decisions.
