Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in Milwaukee seeks a seasoned People Experience Manager to lead our Business Professional PBP team and align HR initiatives with our firm's strategic goals.

Reporting to the Director of People Experience, you will mentor PBPs, drive workforce planning, performance management, and engagement efforts across the legal practice, with a hybrid work model and collaboration with CoE and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in people management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in legal or professional services.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Professional PBP team.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to PBPs.
• Set goals, monitor progress, ensure service excellence.
• Partner with HR CoE and Legal PBP teams to implement programs.
• Prepare reports with actionable insights for leadership.
