Everforth Apex is seeking a People Experience Sourcer in Foster City, CA, offering hybrid work with on-site presence three days a week. You will partner with recruiting teams to scale the talent pipeline for systems engineering roles, map talent, and drive sourcing strategy with independence and ownership.

People Experience Sourcer

Location:

Foster City, California (Hybrid - 3x Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sourcer who is interested in joining a sourcing team. This team will be tasked with scaling the talent pipeline and being a force multiplier for the recruiting team. In this role, you will help talent map and drive sourcing strategy for a diverse set of systems engineering roles. You will be given the independence and ownership to set strategy in pipeline building for the teams you support.

Required Qualifications
