Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a People Experience Advisor (HR Generalist) to support the People Experience department with a broad range of HR duties, including policy interpretation, confidentiality, and program administration. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to employees and candidates while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• . 12+ months experience as HR Generalist in high-volume environment.
• . Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• . Experience with ADA, FMLA, leave administration and PA employment law.
• . Valid driver’s license.
• . Able to perform essential job functions in warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, investigations, and other employment matters.
• Administer key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, orientation, leave programs, record management, and offboarding.
• Support compliance with policies and employment laws through audits, documentation, reporting, and HR process administration.
• Manage leave and accommodation programs with accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support performance management initiatives by tracking reviews and developing employee development plans.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Contribute to People Experience programs, process improvements, and special projects."
