Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking a People Experience Advisor (HR Generalist) to support a dynamic, multi-site workforce. You will administer HR policies, guide employees and managers, and coordinate onboarding and records. The role emphasizes confidentiality, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings strong employee relations experience, knowledge of ADA, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and a proactive, resourceful mindset in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 12+ months experience as HR Generalist supporting many employees.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR policies and processes are administered consistently.
• Coordinate and facilitate new-hire orientation and maintain employee files.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance.
• Manage full-cycle leave of absence processes (FMLA/CFRA/PDL/WC).
• Support management on performance matters, inquiries, investigations, terminations.
• Assist with wage/hour audits and documentation.
• Maintain monthly performance review communications and tracking.
