Our global SaaS Education client offers a great contract opportunity! We are seeking a full-time People Experience Business Partner. This is a fully remote role.

The People Experience Business Partner aligns business goals with employee and leadership needs across designated units. Serving as a strategic advisor, this role supports leaders on people-related matters, champions employee experience, and drives organizational change. It proactively identifies workforce needs and collaborates with HR and business teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions. The role may include international responsibilities and requires strong business insight, including understanding financials, strategic plans, culture, and the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting senior leaders and driving people strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Supporting global or multicultural environments.
• Deep understanding of HR disciplines such as talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
• Using HRIS systems and analytics tools to inform decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws across regions.
• Building trust and relationships at all organization levels.
• Leading change initiatives and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Partnering with Learning & Development for growth opportunities and succession planning.
• Guiding performance management and promoting company values.
• Using data to measure HR initiatives’ impact.
• Addressing employee relations issues fairly and consistently.
• Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and supporting global HR initiatives.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of business strategy, financials, and the competitive landscape.
