Our global SaaS Education client has a great foot in the door contract opportunity! This client seeks a full-time contractor People Experience Business Partner. This is a fully remote role.
The People Experience Business Partner aligns business goals with employee and leadership needs across designated units. Serving as a strategic advisor, this role supports leaders on people-related matters, champions employee experience, and drives organizational change. It proactively identifies workforce needs and collaborates with HR and business teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions. The role may include international responsibilities and requires strong business insight, including understanding financials, strategic plans, culture, and competitive landscape.
Contract Duration: 5-Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and driving people strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience working in global or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and people analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple regions (if applicable).
- Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives in fast-paced environments.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Champion a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion, and well-being.
- Change Management
- Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee adoption.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
- Talent Development
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify growth opportunities and career pathways.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
- Performance & Culture
- Guide performance management processes to drive accountability and high performance.
- Promote a culture aligned with company values and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights
- Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Employee Relations
- Address complex employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, DEI) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support global HR initiatives and ensure alignment across regions, where applicable.
- Business Acumen
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business unit’s strategy, financials, and competitive landscape.
