What You’ll Do

As a People Experience Business Partner, you will play a key role in executing people strategies that fuel employee engagement, team performance, and business success. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global People Experience, you will support business leaders and employees across functions.

In close partnership with the Centers of Excellence (CoEs)—including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and People Operations—you will contribute to initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. This role is ideal for a high-potential HR professional who combines tactical excellence with the curiosity and courage to influence change.

What You’ll Be Working On

Employee Lifecycle Support

Partner with the Executive Director, People Experience and CoEs to ensure smooth execution of key lifecycle processes:

Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely, high-quality hiring. Review job descriptions, ensure interview consistency, and support hiring managers through the process.

Onboarding: Coordinate with People Ops and hiring managers to drive seamless onboarding and structured 30/60/90-day experiences.

People Operations: Coordinate with People Ops to ensure employee data accuracy, HRIS updates, and process compliance.

Performance Enablement: Support performance check-ins, calibration sessions, and feedback cycles. Track completion rates and identify areas for improvement.

Learning & Development: Act as a liaison between business needs and the L&D CoE; support coordination of leadership trainings, onboarding refreshers, and skill-building programs.

Engagement & Culture: Support action plans based on employee engagement survey results. Help facilitate workshops and team-building initiatives.

Offboarding: Partner with People Ops to ensure seamless offboarding, including exit interviews and logistics.

Business Partnership

Serve as a trusted HR resource to mid-level leaders and employees on day-to-day HR matters, escalating complex issues to the Senior HRBP.

Build strong relationships across functions and regions, maintaining visibility and understanding of team dynamics and sentiment.

Provide real-time guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, policy interpretation, and team engagement.

People Analytics & Insights

Track and report on key people metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring progress, training participation).

Monitor lifecycle touchpoints to identify friction or gaps and recommend solutions.

Maintain accurate documentation of ER cases, performance issues, and development plans.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Respond to employee questions and concerns with empathy, clarity, and consistency.

Support documentation, investigations, and resolutions related to employee relations in partnership with the Senior HRBP and Legal team.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Must Haves

4–6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner, generalist, or specialist capacity.

Proven success partnering with CoEs to deliver consistent, high-impact people programs.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion.

Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: performance management, employee engagement, organizational health, and compliance.

Experience in a global or matrixed environment is a plus.

High integrity with strong follow-through and a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience in beauty, CPG, or lifestyle/creative industries.

Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Culture Amp, HiBob, or similar.

Enthusiasm for helping people do their best work.

Passion for employee experience and supporting high-performing, values-driven teams.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
