Advocate Health is seeking an in-office HR Service Center representative to join our People & Culture Shared Services. This full-time role (36 hours per week) is based in Charlotte, with pay range $25.30 to $37.95 per hour and several comprehensive benefits.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, and typically 1 year of HR experience or 5 years in customer service. Strong communication and patient-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to team member and manager inquiries.
• Resolve issues on first contact and escalate when needed.
• Document calls using a case management tool within SLAs.
• Escalate issues to People Operations, COE, HRIS teams as needed.
• Explain policies clearly and support process improvements.
