Hex Technologies seeks an experienced program and community builder to own the employee experience in San Francisco. You’ll redesign New Hire Onboarding to feel productive and connected within two weeks, and shape moments across all-hands, kickoff, and office spaces to deepen Hexans' connection to mission, product, customers, and each other.

You’ll own onboarding, comms, events, and workplace programs with storytelling, host presence, and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Storytelling and hosting skills.
• Experience building onboarding or community programs.
• Ability to design scalable, repeatable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Redesign onboarding to deliver productive first weeks and lasting impact.
• Shape company-wide moments (all-hands, kickoff, offices) to connect employees to mission and customers.
• Plan and execute onboarding, communications, events, and workplace programs with strong storytelling.
