Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Employee Experience leader to define and implement a vision aligning culture with business priorities, and to design onboarding, development, engagement, and transitions with moments that matter across the lifecycle.

You will design the listening strategy, analyze engagement data, and translate insights into actionable priorities while coordinating cross-functional projects and partnering with HR to strengthen culture, inclusion, and performance.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related.
• Masters in Analytics, Business Strategy, or related fields preferred.
• Strong experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience.
• Experience designing or delivering employee experience, engagement, or culture programs across the lifecycle.
• Experience working in matrixed/global organizations.
• Ability to translate culture and strategy into practical employee-facing experiences.
• Strong program design and framework development.
• Strong end-to-end project management skills.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and listening platforms.
• Familiarity with using digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and implementation of the Employee Experience vision and framework, ensuring alignment with culture and business priorities.
• Design and continuously improve key employee lifecycle experiences, embedding cultural principles across all phases.
• Design and manage the employee listening strategy with governance and adoption.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable priorities.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Partner with HR COEs, Shared Services, and business leaders to implement initiatives enhancing culture, engagement, and performance.
• Support EVP development and internal experience branding aligned with culture and expectations.
• Partner on inclusion and diversity initiatives that enhance belonging across regions and populations.
