Starting Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Summary
50Floor is seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated People & Engagement Lead to join our team at our Roswell Headquarters. This position plays an important role in strengthening employee engagement, supporting internal communications, promoting company culture, and enhancing 50Floor's employer brand across our multi-market organization.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, enjoys working with people, and takes ownership of projects and initiatives. This role requires creativity, organization, flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of urgency, along with a willingness to support the broader Human Resources team as business needs evolve.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and connected workplace culture.
- Support and promote 50Floor's mission, vision, and core values throughout the organization.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs that celebrate individual and team accomplishments.
- Plan and organize employee events, celebrations, and company-wide engagement activities.
- Assist with developing and administering employee engagement surveys, compiling feedback, and communicating results and action plans.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen employee morale, communication, and engagement across the organization.
- Manage and maintain content on the Employee Portal, ensuring information remains current, accurate, and engaging.
- Develop and distribute internal communications, announcements, and employee recognition content.
- Collaborate with leadership and various departments to communicate company initiatives, accomplishments, and important updates.
- Create engaging written and visual content that reinforces company culture and promotes employee participation.
- Ensure communications are professional, consistent, and aligned with 50Floor's brand and values.
- Develop, coordinate, and publish content across LinkedIn and other recruitment-related platforms to strengthen 50Floor's employer brand.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and consistent posting schedule.
- Highlight company culture, employee achievements, events, and employment opportunities through engaging content.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to promote job openings and support recruitment campaigns.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Assist Talent Acquisition with candidate sourcing and recruiting activities during periods of increased hiring demand.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support recruitment events, career fairs, and hiring initiatives.
- Assist with offer preparation, pre-employment activities, and onboarding coordination.
- Provide general Human Resources and administrative support across departments, including additional projects, tasks, and responsibilities as business needs require.

- Previous experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, internal communications, recruiting, marketing, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create professional, engaging content.
- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with employees and leadership across departments.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow projects through to completion.

Work Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Corporate Headquarters in Roswell, Georgia. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
