Job summary

Responsibilities include analyzing store reports, scheduling, hiring and training, and maintaining an inviting, well-merchandised store. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and follow through.
• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations used in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to meet company standards.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Schedule associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Manage payroll and processing as needed.
• Recruit, train and develop non-exempt associates.
• Operate safely and maintain a clean store environment.
