Responsabilités

• Participate in regular live training and team collaboration.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using content and social media.
• Build brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
• Generate and nurture qualified inquiries through digital marketing activities.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom and email.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess client suitability and alignment.
• Onboard, mentor, coach and support team members in development journeys.
• Maintain CRM records and manage client communications.
• Deliver consistent, professional follow-up throughout the client journey.
