Job summary

Trimble Inc. in Westminster, CO invites students in their senior year to join as a People Development Intern focusing on AI and Digital Learning. You will help shape our formal AI upskilling content and improve how employees access learning technologies.

You'll collaborate with SMEs to publish assets, manage course publishing in the LMS, and push the platform's capabilities to create a seamless employee experience. This internship runs Jan 2027–Aug/Sept 2027.

Qualifications

• Senior-year college student pursuing a degree in Business, Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI and digital learning platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for AI trends, learning technology.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• An eye for clean design and intuitive digital content flow.
• Exceptional organizational skills managing digital assets.

Responsibilities

• An eye for clean design, intuitive digital content flow, and user experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation when managing digital assets.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
