Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Domain Data Steward to govern one of the priority People domains, driving data stewardship, defining semantic models and metadata, and embedding governance in AI and analytics workflows.

You will partner with Data Owners, HR leaders and Technology teams to ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance across Talent Acquisition and People Services domains, enabling responsible AI and trusted analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and stewardship across large organizations.
• Ability to develop and maintain business glossaries, metadata and semantic models.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Data Owners, HR leaders and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Domain Data Steward for a priority People domain.
• Promote stewardship of People data assets with stakeholders and technology teams.
• Define access and permission rules; ensure alignment with architecture principles.
• Govern data assets to satisfy security, compliance and AI readiness needs.
• Maintain data lineage visibility and support data quality monitoring.
• Represent People Data & Insights in strategic transformation initiatives.
