Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a data analyst, BI, or HR operations role.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, joining tables, and data manipulation.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, index/match, formulas, data cleaning).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for visualization and reporting.
• Attention to detail with a track record of identifying data discrepancies and QA checks on large datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical support to the Senior People Data Analysts by executing standard data runs and maintaining reporting continuity.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot dashboards to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Own data quality audits across core systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and coordinate corrections.
• Manage intake and fulfillment of internal ad-hoc data requests from cross-functional teams.
