Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a detail‑oriented People Data Analyst to own reporting and data quality across Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You’ll write SQL, maintain dashboards, run audits, and handle ad hoc requests to keep data trustworthy.

Working closely with Senior Analysts, you will build deep exposure to HR data systems end-to-end, delivering accurate insights from day one and shaping workforce decisions through scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data analyst, BI, or HR operations.
• Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joining tables, and data manipulation.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, index/match, formulas, data cleaning).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical support by executing standard data runs and maintaining reporting continuity across TA and People Ops.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot dashboards to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Perform regular data quality audits across core systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and coordinate with admins to fix input errors.
• Manage intake and fulfillment of internal ad-hoc data requests from cross-functional teams.
