Turner Pest Control LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to provide day-to-day HR support across Florida locations. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll inputs, HRIS data, and compliance, serving as the first contact for employee questions.

Under the Director of People & Culture, you will help maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with company values, while supporting multi-site operations and Stay compliant with applicable laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent
• 1–2 years HR or administrative experience, preferably supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, or payroll
• Experience with Workday and ADP preferred
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and onboarding in multi-site or field-based organization
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment activities, schedule interviews, assist background checks and offer letters
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, I-9 and E-Verify, new hire orientation, and system setup
• Administer benefits enrollments, respond to benefits questions, assist with carrier invoicing
• Support payroll inputs and timecard audits, resolve discrepancies with managers/payroll
• Maintain HRIS data in Workday and ADP, manage confidential files and run reports
• Assist with employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives
• Assist with corrective action and compliance tracking
