You will plan, coordinate, communicate, record, and report on activities to show real progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; public or business administration or related field.
• 4 years of analytical or program coordination/management experience.
• Experience coordinating projects or programs from start to finish.
• Experience administering mentorship, internship, fellowship, workforce development, outreach, retention, or employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, communicate, and report on programs (Mentor, Internship, division equity committees).
• Carry out program activities, maintain records, and prepare reports to show progress.
• Support outreach, retention, and employee engagement initiatives and ensure coordination across teams.
