Professional Contractor Supply is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner based in Arlington, TX to lead our HR strategy across hubs in TX, OH, and NV. You will align corporate strategies with local actions, support Arlington and Columbus facilities, and partner with Las Vegas leadership to ensure consistency in people practices.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, strong employee relations, and multi-site capability, with travel to Columbus and Las Vegas as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in an HR role with employee relations and multi-site support.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and federal/state laws in TX & OH.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with ADP; Motivosity helpful.
• Willing to travel to Columbus, OH and Las Vegas, NV HQ quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Arlington and Columbus sites.
• Serve as gatekeeper for employee concerns with empathy and judgment.
• Oversee onboarding for TX and OH regions aligned with Las Vegas standards.
• Represent PCS at career fairs and industry events.
• Maintain regional employee records in ADP, Motivosity, and internal systems.
• Deliver regional engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Coordinate communications to ensure regional alignment with corporate goals.
• Ensure 100% compliance with documentation and state regulations.
• Support needs at other locations as needed.
• Travel to Columbus, OH and Las Vegas HQ at least quarterly.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Protect data and confidential information.
• Maintain punctuality and dependability.
• Participate in training and ongoing education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
