Job summary

Cuhaci Peterson is seeking a highly organized People & Culture Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day HR operations for a multi-state workforce. You will manage employee lifecycle administration, HRIS, payroll coordination, compliance, and workforce reporting, ensuring data integrity and a compliant, employee-focused experience.

This role requires developing SOPs, driving process improvements, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and delivering actionable workforce analytics to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations, payroll, or admin.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Experience in professional services, architecture, engineering, consulting, or similar industry.
• Experience administering HRIS systems and supporting workforce reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Administer People & Culture operational processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and system optimization.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding People & Culture programs.
• Support execution of department initiatives and priorities.
• Maintain integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data in the HRIS.
• Process status changes, compensation updates, and organizational changes.
• Generate and analyze workforce metrics for leadership decisions.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership.
