Job summary

Cuhaci Peterson is seeking a highly organized People & Culture Operations Lead to manage daily HR operations across our multi-state workforce.

You will oversee employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, payroll coordination, compliance, and workforce reporting, while driving process improvements and ensuring a compliant, employee-focused experience across the firm. The role reports to the People & Culture leadership and supports growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations or payroll administration.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Experience in professional services industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for People & Culture operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system optimization.
• Support employees and managers with policies and employment questions.
• Coordinate department initiatives and reporting to leadership.
