Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions, including onboarding, compensation, benefits and compliance. This on-site role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires working at the Aspen Highlands office.

The position offers a salary range of $64,500-$85,000 with the potential for bonus based on performance. Applicants should have a BA/BS in HR and at least 3 years of management HR experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR or Business Management required.
• Minimum 3 years in a manager level HR role.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
