Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition support specialist to guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and manage pre‑hire activities for a smooth onboarding experience.

You will assist with Leave of Absence cases, employee relations matters, and maintain accurate records while supporting audits and engagement initiatives. Occasional Learning & Development support and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated with ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide hiring managers through recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer Leave of Absence cases with empathy and compliance.
• Serve as an impartial resource in employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support internal audits.
• Contribute to engagement initiatives and recognition events.
• Provide occasional support to Learning & Development; uphold conduct standards.
• Collaborate with People & Culture team while maintaining confidentiality.
