Job summary

Rocket Lab is looking for a People and Culture Intern in Long Beach, California. This role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

Interns work closely with mentors and participate in various tasks such as applying engineering concepts and attending tech talks, designed to enhance their skills.

Ideal candidates should be enrolled in a relevant degree program, with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and available full-time for at least 12 weeks starting August or September 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a relevant degree program with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• GPA 3.0 or above required.
• 3+ months of corporate experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your mentor to grow skills technically and professionally.
• Apply engineering and industry concepts to solve real challenges.
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors and supervisors to facilitate success.
