Job summary

Levy, a leader in sports and entertainment hospitality, seeks an HR Manager to support the HR function across associate relations, training, compliance, and policy development. You will lead initiatives like engagement surveys, merit reviews, and bonus data management, while guiding on-site HR operations.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in HR or related field (master’s preferred), 3+ years in HR generalist roles, and strong MS Office skills; PHR/SPHR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred.
• Three plus years HR generalist experience; management experience a plus.
• HR experience at a large, multi-unit organization required.
• Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills preferred.
• Experience responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulators or business community.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function to meet business needs and associate needs.
• Oversee associate relations, training, compliance, and policy development.
• Manage data related to bonus administration and merit increases.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding for non-exempt associates.
• Develop and revise HR policies and procedures; drive engagement surveys.
• Support annual performance appraisal process.
