Keel Infrastructure seeks a People & Culture Generalist to own US payroll processing and benefits administration, while supporting broader P&C operations. You’ll partner with Finance, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure accurate pay, robust benefits, and an excellent employee experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process, and customer-facing help, with hybrid NYC work and growth opportunities in a cutting-edge energy and data center company.

Qualifications

• Experience with US payroll and NY wage laws.
• Experience maintaining HRIS employee records and payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly US payroll accurately for all employees.
• Manage benefits administration and open enrollment support.
• Maintain HRIS records and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and NYC wage laws.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll reporting and reconciliations.
• Liaise with the company’s PEO and support leave administrations.
