Job summary

This role reports directly to the President and requires a strong presence in the organization, building a culture of trust and engagement.

The ideal candidate has a proven HR background in manufacturing, familiarity with the Seattle talent landscape, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence company culture within a passionate coffee-focused team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a standalone HR role, building structure.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Seattle talent market and multi-state employment.

Responsibilities

• Own complete people function from strategy to compliance.
• Serve as advisor to the President, translating goals into people decisions.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and enhance employee experience.
• Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance.
