Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, based in Everett, WA, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support several HR functions, onboarding, and employee programs at Hotel Indigo. The role requires strong people skills, organizational ability, and a professional demeanor, with on-site work in Everett, Washington.

Responsibilities

Coordinate several HR functions including health/wellness programs, discounts, intranet updates, onboarding and HR questions.
Answer multi-line telephone promptly and courteously.
Greet internal and external visitors and notify staff of their presence.
Become familiar with key owners/clients and their special requests.
Perform mail duties and other administrative tasks.
Maintain team member common room area.
Manage office supply orders and inventory.
Maintain vendor contact and account information.
Monitor employee compliance requirements and follow up.
Lead employee trainings and maintain records.
