Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator at Hotel Indigo in Everett, WA to support HR functions and onboarding, while upholding our values-driven culture.

You’ll greet visitors, manage inquiries, coordinate trainings, and maintain records and vendor contacts in a fast-paced, people-first environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; strong MS Office skills are a must.

What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact

  • Coordinates several HR functions including health/wellness program, company discounts, updating intranet, processing new hire paperwork and onboarding, and answering HR related questions.
  • Answer multi-line telephone promptly and courteously
  • Greet internal and external visitors with enthusiasm and notify appropriate staff members of their presence.
  • Become familiar with key owners/clients and their special requests
  • Type, file, fax, receive and distribute mail, and other administrative duties
  • Maintain team member common room area
  • Manage office supply orders and inventory, place orders for team members as required.
  • Maintain accurate vendor contact and account information
  • Monitor and follow up to ensure employee compliance requirements are met
  • Lead employee trainings and maintain records

What You Bring

  • Have a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Be detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PageMaker is a must
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
