People Consulting – UKG Workforce Management Consulting-Project Management-Senior

The opportunity

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Project Management of UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions), you will leverage your growing expertise and passion for workforce management solutions to develop and enhance our People Consulting UKG practice. Working closely with our team, you will ensure clients achieve the maximum value from their workforce management investments. Your role will focus on understanding clients' current states and applying your knowledge and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities
  • Be a key resource on large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM.
  • Deliver quality client service and work products, providing insightful solutions while managing multiple priorities.
  • Gain advanced knowledge of UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system.
  • Provide project management oversight to workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
  • Contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies.
  • Facilitate working sessions, tailoring strategic objectives to client needs.
  • Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, user training materials, and implementation documentation.
  • Analyze data, summarize findings, and present insights.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services.
  • Participate in full lifecycle activities: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support.

  • Leadership to drive project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Effective collaboration with project teams.
  • Experience building project plans and timelines for enterprise implementations.
  • Comfort presenting updates to steering committees.
  • Experience with Advanced Scheduling implementations, especially in manufacturing, retail, and healthcare sectors.
Minimum qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven project management experience leading client projects, with knowledge in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
  • Experience with global or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
Preferred qualifications
  • Project Management Professional Certification or similar.
  • Large-scale, global WFM project management experience.
  • Knowledge of WFM and HR technology vendors, including UKG, ADP, Workforce Software, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday.
  • Strong numbers acumen and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet.
