Role Overview

Managing global workforces is increasingly complex. People Consulting focuses on enhancing organizational and individual performance through various initiatives across sectors and geographies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale UKG WFM projects, ensuring high-quality client service and deliverables.
• Support clients’ global WFM challenges, providing advice on best practices and service delivery models.
• Identify opportunities for WFM improvements, efficiencies, and risk reduction.
• Support UKG WFM implementations and transformations, ensuring seamless transitions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 or similar consultancy, or in-house exposure to large-scale UKG WFM projects.
• Subject matter expertise in Workforce Management domains like Time Management, Attendance, Forecasting, and Scheduling.
• Experience managing or supporting multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Large-scale project management experience, including budget, scope, and resources.
• Knowledge of WFM and HR technology vendors, especially UKG, ADP, Workforce Software, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, and Workday.
• Business development skills, including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
