People Consulting - UKG Workforce Management Consulting Manager

Position Overview: Managing global workforces is increasingly complex. People Consulting focuses on building and improving organizational and individual performance, especially in an ever-changing work environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale UKG WFM projects, ensuring high-quality client service and solutions.
  • Support clients' global WFM challenges, advising on best practices and service delivery models.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in WFM operations.
  • Support seamless transitions during UKG WFM implementations and transformations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including work with a Big 4, global consultancy, or in-house large-scale UKG WFM projects.
  • Subject matter expertise in Workforce Management domains such as Time Management, Attendance, Forecasting, and Scheduling.
  • Experience managing multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Large-scale project management experience, including budget and resource management.
  • Knowledge of WFM and HR technology vendors, especially UKG, ADP, Workforce Software, Ceridian, etc.
  • Business development experience, proposal writing, and client presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
