As a member of the People Consulting team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas. These include the development and implementation of global workforce management (“WFM”) solutions, and transformation activities in support of broader business initiatives and overall business strategy. Our key capabilities include global WFM advisory, technology solution implementation, and business transformation.
You will be a key resource on large-scale WFM related projects, primarily UKG WFM. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service and work products, deliver insightful solutions, and balance multiple priorities. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish internal and client relationships. Specifically, you will support clients’ global WFM challenges, issues, and complex requirements, including advising on WFM best practices and service delivery models. You will be responsible for identifying WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities to enhance WFM quality and adherence to internal controls while reducing overall risk. You should also be able to support and deliver seamless transition during UKG WFM solution implementations and transformations.
